In Person Counselling
Meeting face-to-face can offer a shared, grounded space where we can pay attention not only to what is said, but also to tone, body language, and emotional presence. Together, we can explore different therapeutic methods, regularly check in about what feels helpful, and adapt our work as your goals evolve. In this way, in-person counselling becomes a dynamic, co-created process—shaped by your preferences, your pace, and what supports your healing most effectively.
Sessions are offered from my plant filled space in Edinburgh’s West End. You are welcome to bring a comfort item like a blanket or fidget toy if it helps you feel more relaxed.
Online (remote) Counselling
Research shows that online counselling can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many people, particularly when working with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Studies have found that guided online therapy can lead to meaningful improvements in wellbeing, with outcomes often comparable to face-to-face support.. For some, the comfort and accessibility of online sessions can make it easier to open up and stay engaged in the process.
From your own home you can wrap yourself in a blanket or bring your pet! Sessions are offered through a secure platform and I offer sessions from a private, confidential space.
